What Did Students Think About Our Camp?

The Edgecombe Extra Technology Camp was held for three weeks during July 2010. The goal was to provide the students who attended with experiences and activities involving the use of laptop computers and technology. Students engaged in a wide variety of activities using computers. They played educational games, took part in internet scavenger hunts, and used Google Forms to complete a survey. They watched animals in various zoos around the country using web cameras. They learned how to use Windows Movie Maker in order to make their own videos. They also had the opportunity to use flip cameras.

As the camp ends, this blog will feature some students' comments on their experiences during the camp. Their ages range from Kindergarten to 6th grade, so please excuse any spelling errors. Enjoy!
